What is Your Guarantee & Return Policy?
If you're at any time unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we'll refund your money. The way we see it, without your satisfaction, we don't have a good business!
To return a product(s), simply send it back with proof of purchase to our warehouse facility address found on the Contact Us page. Furthermore, send your email receipt to email@example.com. We'll refund your money immediately upon receiving the returned product(s).
We respect your privacy and will not give out your personal information under no circumstance. We are in business to develop a long term relationship with you and, as a result, we take your privacy very seriously.
The personal information we do collect from you is soley for the purpose of fulfilling your order - or in the case of our skin care tips email course, to email you the tips. This information, minus your credit card info, is stored in our secure customer database file. Your credit card info is erased immediately upon completion of your order.
We will, from time to time, email you or contact you through mail when we're running special promotions or if we add new products. You of course have the option of opting-out of these announcements.
Do You Really Offer Free Shipping?
Yes, for a limited time only, we are offering free GROUND shipping on all orders to any destination within the U.S. and Canada. Orders will be processed & shipped within 24-48 hours and should be received within 5-7 days, sometimes sooner. We haven't decided how long the free shipping will continue, but as of right now, the offer is active!
Also, all orders shipping to New Jersey will be charged a 7% sales tax.
Is it Secure to Shop With You?
Yes, we use PayPal.com as our payment processor - they are owned by Ebay. They are one of the largest online payment processors and have security systems in place to ensure secure shopping - we wouldn't do business any other way. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.
Do You Accept Phone Orders?
We use PayPal Pro as our payment processor to ensure shopping with us is secure - but we understand that some people are nervous about shopping online - and that's ok! If you want to place an order with us, but would rather do it via phone, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. We'll call you back the same day (Monday thru Friday) to get your order details.
It's important you check with your dermatologist or physician before applying a new skin care product to your skin because allergic reactions, though rare, can happen. This goes for any new skin care product, whether it be from us or your local spa or salon. ChinaDollSkin.com is not responsible for any cases of allergic reactions.
Furthermore, our skin care products are not for consumption - they are meant solely to be applied to your skin.
